Modul story …

Modul was developed in the Texas Tech University System, and the initial applications on the framework focused on healthcare delivery optimization in a large health sciences center.

The Care Coordination System automates workflows that facilitate optimized healthcare outcomes for underserved patients with chronic conditions. The application connects Community Health Workers, Nurses, and Providers to create a care team to ensure patients’ health needs are addressed. The insights from the application enable easy reporting for alternative payment programs, leading to improved pay-for-quality initiatives.

Modul Apps

The Modul framework supports workflows of any kind, and in any industry. And, when different Modul apps are used in an organization, there is seamless data integration among them all. For example, an employee CRM connects seamlessly with a Customer Service application, reducing administration in both apps.

Below are just three examples of applications developed in the Modul framework.

  • Staffing models for providers and nursing

  • Real time information insights

User Assist

User Assist is an application that provides multi-disciplinary support for team members in one, unified app. Users submit tickets for any support need: I.T. Helpdesk, Materials Management, Safety Issues, Human Resources, etc.

  • Fully Self-Administered, support disciplines, service areas, and required inputs are created by a super-user, and is “No-Code”

  • Embedded collaboration with messaging, notifications, and support updates

  • Technical capabilities such as e-signatures, approvals, etc.

Accomplish
